RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Our 14-day* returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the art. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

* Note: Our returns guarantee for large items delivered via specialist shippers is limited to 7 days. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect. Where products have been opened they will be accepted if returned with all the packaging and accessories, but a 25% surcharge will apply to the refund price.

Standard Delivery charge of £21.00 + VAT is added to all orders weighing under 10kg being delivered to mainland England, Wales and Scotland. For deliveries outside the UK mainland (including without limitation the Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man, and the Isle of White) a charge of £52.00 + VAT is added to all packages under 10Kg.

A Standard Delivery charge of £52.00 + VAT is added to all orders weighing under 10kg being delivered to Northern Ireland.

Any delivery weighing over 10kg or deliveries overseas or within Great Britain but outside the UK, such as Jersey and Guernsey, will need to be arranged prior to the order being shipped. The charge will be dependant on destination and the volumetric weight of the package, so we will contact you to agree the final delivery charge before the order is shipped. DELIVERY POLICY

At Grunge Studios, we aim to execute delivery between seven and twenty-eight days. Any product ordered before 4.00 pm on any business day (Monday - Friday excluding Bank Holidays) within UK mainland should be delivered within 7 days (assuming the item is in stock).

Deliveries to Non UK addresses are classed as international delivery, and as such delivery cannot be guaranteed within seven days. Orders taken after 4.00pm will be dispatched within a minimum of 72 hours. Any order made on a Friday after 4.00 pm will be dispatched the following week.

Though every effort is made by Grunge Studios & the shippers to achieve delivery within the specified time limit, the standard delivery charge does not guarantee this goal.

Grunge Studios relies upon the services of a third party courier. There are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required due to unforeseen circumstances. Though this happens rarely, it does occur, and we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.

All Unframed art despatched within UK mainland is delivered by Royal Mail.
